  • Exhibition fee includes :
    • 1 exhibition space with basic setup, booked for the entire duration of the conference
    • 1, 2 or 3 full rate registrations (lunches, breaks, gala dinner included) depending of the booth
    • Possibility of adding your logo on documents related to the conference as “exhibitor”
    • Company’s profile and link available on the conference’s website as “exhibitor”
    • Possibility of distributing your company’s promotional material (pens, notepad, etc.) to all participants.
    • Inclusion of your company’s information in the conference pack (only for Exhibition Premium Package)
